We collect your verified mobile phone number, chosen username, profile avatar, and verified email address (used exclusively for digital voucher delivery).
3. Technical & Device Data Collection
To maintain security and prevent cheating, we collect device model, operating system version, unique hardware ID (UUID), and network IP addresses.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used exclusively to facilitate game matchmaking, maintain leaderboards, process gift card deliveries, provide support, and enforce Fair Play policies.
5. Bank-Grade 256-Bit SSL/TLS Encryption
All data in transit between your mobile client and our servers is secured using TLS 1.3 / SSL 256-bit encryption protocols.
6. Strict No-Sale & No-Rent Guarantee
We strictly DO NOT sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information, phone numbers, or emails to third-party marketing companies.
7. Payment Data Privacy (PCI-DSS Gateways)
All coin purchases are handled directly through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways. Playzo Pe never accesses or stores your Card CVVs, Bank Passwords, or UPI PINs.

Your email address is confidential and is utilized solely for transmitting digital voucher codes, OTP verification, and critical security notifications.
9. Geolocation Data Processing
IP-based location checks are conducted solely to verify compliance with Indian state-level skill gaming restrictions.

Authentication uses cryptographically signed session tokens and OTPs. We will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, email, or chat.
11. Local Storage & Client Cache
Our mobile client utilizes secure local storage solely for preserving user preferences (audio volume, vibration toggles, and login session tokens).
12. User Rights: Access & Data Verification
Users have the right to review their profile details, transaction ledgers, and game history directly from the in-app Profile section.
13. Right to Erasure & Account Deletion
Users may request complete and permanent deletion of their account, profile data, and associated records at any time through Settings or Support.
14. Data Retention Periods
Account details and transaction history are retained for the duration required by applicable financial and taxation laws before secure archival.
15. Cloud Infrastructure Security
Data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud server facilities with multi-layer firewall protection and restricted administrative access.
16. Data Breach Response Protocol
In the unlikely event of any security incident, affected users will be notified promptly in accordance with CERT-In guidelines and IT Rules.
17. Child Privacy (Strict 18+ Prohibition)
We do not knowingly collect or solicit data from individuals under 18 years of age. Accounts identified as underage are deleted immediately.
18. Push Notifications & Communication Preferences
Users can toggle tournament alerts, daily bonus reminders, and coin notifications directly via in-app Settings.
19. Privacy Policy Updates & Notifications
Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated via in-app banners or notifications prior to taking effect.
